Random BackGround is a really simple tool that does what it says on the tin: randomly change your desktop background image.
Using Random BackGround couldn’t be easier. After installing it, the application will place an icon in the system tray from where you can access configuration settings. In fact you’ll need to do it straight away in order to set an image directory from which Random BackGround can take your new desktop wallpapers. If you don't, the program will remind you with an error message.
The configuration settings in Random BackGround also let you schedule the program to run on system startup and choose the time interval to change background pictures – from 10 seconds to 24 hours.
The greatest thing about Random BackGround is its simplicity of use. On the downside, it would be great to have more options, like the ability to download more wallpapers from the web or set different display options for each of them.
Random BackGround is a dead simple wallpaper rotation tool, thanks to which you can enjoy a different background every now and then.
